How tasty...what fun!  Everyone gets their own individual packet, filled with baked chicken, veggies and a delicious sauce.

    pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves(about 4 breast halves)

    Sliced potato

  • 2

    large sliced peeled carrot

  • 1

    large sliced onion

  • 1

    can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 2

    tablespoons butter, cut up

How to Make It

Tear 4 sheets of foil (about 12x18-inches each).  Center 1 chicken breast half on each foil sheet.  Top with potatoes, carrots and onion.  Spoon soup over vegetables and top with butter.
Fold up the sides of the foil over the chicken and vegetables and double fold to seal.  Double fold the ends to seal.  Place the packets onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F. for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

    Great Dish!

    We loved this so much. I used Cream of Chicken and Mushroom soup, and added some celery, salt and pepper. It was so delicious!

    I used Golden Mushroom soup instead and it turned out very tasty!

    Chicken in Foil

    The vegetables didnt get done anywhere near the same time as the chicken! I used all fresh veggies. The chicken was juicy and tasted good...just would have been nice with veggies :-)

    Chicken in Foil

    I used baby carrots and frozen hash browns (southern style) instead of sliced potatoes and added carrots. This made it even quicker and my family loved it! Even the picky eater!
