Recipe Tips

  • Ingredient Note: We develop our recipes using a 4-to 5-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast half per serving. However, there are a range of sizes available in-store, from the butcher counter to the meat case and the freezer section. Use whichever you prefer- just follow the recipe as written above for the best result. If you're using larger chicken breasts they may require a little longer cooking time.

I liked the way it sounded.

I added a little water to the tomato soup, not much, just enough to get all the soup out of the can. I felt 400 degrees was too hot so I did 375 degrees for 35 minutes and it turned out great didn't have Mozzarella on had so I used what I had on hand which was shredded Mexican blend and it was good. I baked them for 35 minutes and they were perfect. Added the cheese about 3 minutes before they were done and turned the oven off, will do it the same way next time.

    Chicken Mozzarella

I really loved this recipe. I am an experienced cook but do not like making complicated recipes. This recipe was easy but more importantly the meat was delicious. My husband couldn't stop saying how good and tasty it was. I actually also used pork riblets in this recipe (I removed as much fat as I could and boiled them for about 20 minutes first) and they were absolutely delicious. I added a little water to make the soup more liquid. Loved it and would absolutely make this again. Tomato soup comes through again.

Another great one Campbell's. I added a can of diced Italian tomatoes. Very simple.
