How to Make It

Stir the peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, cilantro, sugar and ginger in a small bowl. Add the chicken and 2 tablespoons green onions and toss to coat. Spoon the chicken mixture into the pastry cups. Sprinkle with the remaining green onions.

    Chicken Satay Cups

    I didn't use the cilantro, because as my family does not like it. Otherwise I made it exactly the same as the recipe. I made extra sauce and served it over noodles and chicken the next day. Everbody loved it both times.
