    About the chicken

The thing about the chicken is some breasts have the filet removed so they are thinner and cook in less time. If in doubt just pre cook a little in a separate pan. I added seasoning to my taste, I reccommend you add a bit more seasoning to this, but I liked the simplicity of it.

    easy to make

Been cooking it for two hours no at 400 degrees, but chicken is still raw. My advice. Cook it on bottom of pan. But otherwise tastes really good. Minus having to cook chicken in another pan.

Took the reviews into consideration very good husband loved it

Took all reviews into consideration. Made with fresh broccoli & mushrooms, more spices and used low sodium broth & mushroom soup. It's a do over.

    Good, needs a little tweaking....

This was delicious and super easy to make. My husband loves it- I've fixed it twice this month. However, I made a few simple changes when I made it. I seasoned my chicken with a garlic and pepper seasoning in addition to the Paprika. Also, I cut the chicken into chunks. The first time I made this I used the rice called for in the recipe. However, it baked for over an hour and the rice was still not completely cooked. The second time I made it, I used instant brown rice and it worked out perfectly. Also, I could not find the veggie mix in the recipe, so I used the California blend veggies (broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower). Delicious. For a little extra flavor, I added the garlic and pepper seasoning to the mixture as well. And per the request of my husband, I added frozen peas the second time around and it worked wonderfully. With a few minor tweaks, this recipe is definitely a winner in my house.

    GREAT EASY RECIPE

My family loved this dish. It was so easy to throw together. The only thing I will do different next time is to use rice pilaf instead of wild rice, but that is just a personal preference.
