Recipe Tips

  • Ingredient Note: We develop our recipes using a 4-to 5-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast half per serving. However, there are a range of sizes available in-store, from the butcher counter to the meat case and the freezer section. Use whichever you prefer- just follow the recipe as written above for the best result. If you're using larger chicken breasts they may require a little longer cooking time.

    Great comfort food

This was one of those days where I didn’t want to go to the grocery store and cupboard was a little bare, I did have any chicken or Parmesan cheese, but I had string beans and Mexican blend cheese. My family loved it!!

    Chicken Tomato Alfredo

I didn't have any chicken, so I just did the noodles and sauce in the skillet. I added some chopped spinach to the skillet when I added the noodles too. The noodles cooked just fine in the skillet for me, but I also let it boil a couple minutes longer than the recipe said. My daughter and I both loved it, and I will definitely make it again.

    Chicken Tomato Alfredo

This dish was an excellent start, just needed a little improvising. The noodles needed to be cooked and tossed in toward the end. Other than that, it was a good quick meal.
