can (19 ounces) Campbell's® Chunky™ Roadhouse - Beef & Bean Chili
cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese or Mexican blend cheese (about 4 ounces)
flour tortilla (10-inch), warmed
tablespoons canola oil
cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
cup sour cream
Stir the chili and cheese in a medium bowl. Spoon about 1/4 cup chili mixture in the center of each tortilla. Brush the edge of each tortilla with water. Fold each tortilla in half over the filling and press to seal.
Heat the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 2 quesadillas and cook for 4 minutes or until the quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with the remaining quesadillas. Cut the quesadillas in half. Serve with the salsa and sour cream.
