You won't believe what fabulous flavor you get by combining a can of chicken gravy with soy sauce and ginger...it's a quick, easy and tasty way to season this delicious stir-fry.

    pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes

  • 2

    cups broccoliflorets

  • 1

    small red bell pepperor green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 cup)

    can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Chicken Gravy

  • 1

    tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/4

    teaspoon ground ginger

How to Make It

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until it's browned, stirring often. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside. Add the broccoli and pepper and cook until they're tender-crisp, stirring often. Return the chicken to the skillet. Stir the gravy, soy and ginger in the skillet and ccok until the chicken is cooked through. Serve over the rice.

    Excellent. Add a bit of spice...

    This is great. I added some cayenne/red pepper and garlic powder for spice/heat. Also, some orange juice for interest. Everyone in the family LOVES it.

    This was so good, my husband and daughter made me make it again during the week! I made homemade fried rice to go with it instead of the plain white.

    Excellent idea on the back of the gravy can. We used green, red and yellow bell peppers in the recipe and it was excellent!
