can (15 ounces) unsweetened coconut cream
package (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate pieces(about 2 cups)
Heat the cream of coconut, chocolate and rum, if desired, in a 2-quart heavy saucepan over low heat until the mixture is melted and smooth, stirring occasionally.
Pour the chocolate mixture into a fondue pot or slow cooker. Serve warm with dippers.
