How to Make It

Heat the cream of coconut, chocolate and rum, if desired, in a 2-quart heavy saucepan over low heat until the mixture is melted and smooth, stirring occasionally. Pour the chocolate mixture into a fondue pot or slow cooker. Serve warm with dippers.

Recipe Tips

  • Serve with some or all of these dippers: Assorted Pepperidge Farm® Cookies, whole strawberries, banana chunks, dried pineapple pieces and fresh pineapple chunks. 
  • Tip: Any remaining fondue can be used as an ice cream or dessert topping. Cover and refrigerate in an airtight container. Heat in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is warm.
