cup marshmallow crème
cup evaporated milk
cup reduced fat peanut butter, smooth (creamy)spread
cup (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
teaspoon vanilla extract
Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
Stir the sugar, marshmallow creme, milk and peanut spread in a 3-quart saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and comes to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the chocolate and stir until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla. Spread the mixture in the prepared pan.
Cover and refrigerate until firm. Cut into 64 (1-inch) squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
