    hot baked potato, split

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the soup and broccoli in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Spoon the soup mixture over the potatoes.  Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired.

Recipe Tips

  • Ingredient Note: To bake the potatoes, pierce the potatoes with a fork. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes or bake at 400°F. for 1 hour or until fork-tender.

    My boyfriend and I loved loved loved this recipe except I used the Broccoli Cheese Soup and grilled my own chicken. It turned out really well.

    Chunky 'Chicken'? Where is the chicken? Did I miss something? There is no chicken in your recipe. Easy recipe. A little salty for our taste but I would make it again with left over meat on top.
