ounces Birds Eye cut leaf (1 bag) frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cut into pieces
cups shredded Cheddar cheese(about 12 ounces)
cup Parmesan cheese(about 4 ounces)
to taste black pepper
to taste hot pepper sauce
bag tortilla chipsor fresh baby carrots
Heat the spinach, tomato, onion, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until the cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally.
Season the spinach mixture with the black pepper and hot pepper sauce. Serve with the tortilla chips for dipping.
