    pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • 1

    can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup

  • 1/3

    cup milk

  • 1/2

    teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1

    jar (4 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained

  • 1/4

    cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4

    cup dry bread crumbs

  • 2

    tablespoons butter, melted

How to Make It

Place the chicken into a 3-quart shallow baking dish.  Stir the soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms in a medium bowl.  Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken. Stir the cheese, bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl.  Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the soup mixture. Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken.

    Very good

    Made this tonite with a few changes. I seasoned the chicken with garlic and onion powder for added flavor and baked for one hour. It was so tender you could cut it with your fork which is how we like it. My husband said add this to the make it again list

    LOVED THIS!!

    My roommate and I cooked this dish, and it was so easy to make! We thought it was delicious. Our alterations included seasoning the chicken with pepper and onion powder, adding broccoli to the recipe, and we used a can of 98% fat free cheddar broccoli soup instead of plain soup of broccoli. Quick and easy meal that tastes delicious!

    Mmmm good!!!

    This was a very easy and delicious recipe. No kids at the table but my fiancé is a very picky eater and he loved it!!!

    Doubled the recipe & used thicker chicken breast

    Alterations; (no mushrooms) -2 Cans of Cream of Chicken,(doubled) milk and garlic powder. -Also doubled the bread crumbs(salt & pepper) and, freshly grated Parmesan Cheese. -covered chicken with soup mixture and baked @ 400 for 30 minutes, removed and added bread crumb mixture, returned to over for 15 minutes longer or, until lightly browned -this modification allowed me to prepare fresh brussel sprouts and, add tray to the oven at the same temp for 30 minutes.

    Hubby favorite!

    My husband loved this! It was so easy to make I felt like I was cheating! lol I used Cream of Mushroom as my soup and it was incredible...plus it already has mushrooms in it since I didn't have any on hand. :)
