    Creamy Chicken Florentine

I added a half cup more pasta and substituted a can of fire roasted tomatoes not drained, my own seasoning which included, onion powder, basil, salt. pepper, parsley, oregano and crushed red pepper. I used chopped frozen spinach instead and added a bit of Monterrey Jack with the mozzarella cheese. I would actually give this 3 1/2 stars. We enjoyed it very much and my grandson who is a year ate this without any fuss.

    Creamy Chicken Florentine

This has too much water in it. I added 1/2 cup more pasta, and lots of Adobe seasoning. Family enjoyed it.
