    Easy & Quick

With a few modifications this was really tasty. I used cream of celery soup instead of mushroom. I thought the celery soup might be more subtle and compliment the Dijon and let its flavor come thru better. I seasoned the chops with lemon pepper, seasoning salt, garlic and onion powder and pepper on both sides. The original recipe doesn't have enough seasoning. After browning and removing the chops, I sautéed sliced shallots and garlic then deglazed the pan with chicken broth. I then added the milk, soup, and Dijon mustard which a I also seasoned with the above spices. I increased the Dijon to 3 tablespoons. I returned the chops and juices back to the pan and simmered on low for 10 minutes, flipping the chops after 5 minutes. Chops were tender and the sauce was tasty with a subtle Dijon flavor. Girlfriend said it was resturant quality. Will definitely make again!

    Great flavor in gravy.

Very easy to fix and extremely good. Gravy had excellent flavor and chops were tender. I put over rice and had lots of gravy.

    Yummy sauce

I thought this was an easy and tasty recipe to try. I used chicken instead of pork and also added an extra tablespoon of the dijon mustard. I would definitely make this again!

    Wonderful!

Fixed this last night and my husband loved it, even though he is not a fan of mustard. He has already requested that I make it again very soon. It was very easy to make. I wanted more sauce so I used 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup and added more mustard as well. Also, took the advice of some other reviewers and tweaked the recipe a little. I added sliced onions and garlic salt to the mixture and it definitely gave it a little something extra. It just made the sauce great. I will definitely be making this again.
