pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 4 breast halves)
tablespoon vegetable oil
ounces sliced baby portobello mushrooms
medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
cup dry white wine
pouch (11 ounces) Campbell's® Creamy Parmesan Chicken
Season the chicken as desired. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
Add the mushrooms and onion to the skillet and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the wine and heat to a boil, stirring to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Stir in the sauce. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Season to taste.
