    can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1/2

    cup water

  • 3

    tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1

    tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2

    teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed

  • 1/8

    teaspoon garlic powderor 1 small clove garlic, minced

  • 1/8

    teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1

    bag (16 ounces) frozen California vegetable blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)(broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

How to Make It

Heat the soup, water, cheese, lemon juice, basil, garlic powder, black pepper and vegetables in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add the spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat.
Step 1

    Simple, but lacks flavor

    I added raw frozen (defrosted) shrimp (tossed them in with the mixture towards the end). I also added a few dashes of Tony Chachere's seasoning and that helped a lot. It's a nice base, but it needs more seasoning.

    Edible, but pretty tasteless. Not sure if it might've been better with milk instead of water. I also used minced onion instead of garlic.
