    package (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix

  • 1 1/4

    pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • 2 1/4

    cups water

  • 1

    can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 3/4

    cup milk

  • 1/4

    teaspoon paprika

  • 1

    cup uncooked long grain white rice

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat half the dressing mix and the water in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.  Stir in the rice.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides.

Step 3

Stir the soup, milk and the remaining dressing mix in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with the paprika.

Recipe Tips

  • Serving Suggestion: Serve with a vegetable blend. For dessert, serve chunky applesauce topped with cinnamon.

    Ranch was awesome

    Ranch made the rice really good. I used brown rice and it was yummy with the ranch mix in it. I added peas and carrots and it brightened it up fresh or frozen is better than mush from a can lol.

    This recipe was easy to prepare

    My husband and I both liked this, but the one thing that we were dissatisfied with was that it tasted extremely salty. My husband doesn't usually have a problem with salty things. but he even mentioned that it was salty. Don't know if I did something wrong. I am pretty sure that I followed the instructions to the tee. If anybody has a suggestion to make it less salty tasting I would definitely make this again.

    Thanks for your feedback! You may want to try this recipe using low sodium ingredients, including our Low Sodium or Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Mushroom.

    Super Easy

    This dish was very good. I added cream of chicken soup, cooked mushrooms and added frozen peas and carrots. My husband and I enjoyed very much.
