tablespoon olive oil
cloves garlic, chopped
ounces (8 ounces) sliced baby portobello mushrooms or white mushrooms
jar (24 ounces) Prego® Creamy Vodka Sauce
cups cooked farfalle (bow tie) pasta (from 8 ounces/about 3 cups dry)
cup grated Parmesan cheese
tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, mushrooms and salt and cook until the mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir the sauce in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot. Add the farfalle and cheese and toss to coat. Season to taste. Sprinkle with the basil.
