can (2.8 ounces) French's® French Fried Onions (Original or Cheddar) (about 1 1/3 cups)
tablespoon chili powder
pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
Place 1 cup onions and the chili powder into a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and crush the onions with a rolling pin.
Pour the onion mixture onto a dish. Press the chicken into the onion mixture to coat. Place the chicken onto a baking sheet. Top the chicken with the salsa and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
