Everyone will eat and enjoy their vegetables when this casserole is served.  You can use your favorite frozen vegetable mixture to suit your family's tastes. And it's ready in under 45 minutes.

    can (22.6 ounces) Campbells® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1 1/2

    cups shredded Swiss cheese (about 6 ounces)

  • 2/3

    cup sour cream

  • 1/4

    teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 2

    packages (16 ounces each) frozen California vegetable blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), cooked and drained

  • 2

    cans (2.8 ounces each) French's® French Fried Onions (about 2 2/3 cups)

How to Make It

Step 1

Stir the soup, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables and 1 can onions in a 3-quart shallow baking dish.

Step 2

Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until the vegetable mixture is hot and bubbling.  Stir the vegetable mixture.  Sprinkle with the cheese and remaining onions.

Step 3

Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.

    A great way to serve vegetables

    I love this recipe! It's easy, pleasing to the eye and delicious. I make it everything Thanksgiving and it is gobbled up.

    Crowd-Pleasing Vegetable Casserole

    i thoroughly enjoyed this, as did my vegetable-hating husband. i did use Cream of Celery soup and Cream of Brocoli soup instead of the Cream of Mushroom, and I omitted the sour cream. Also, I used lemmon pepper instead of plain black pepper, all good changes! Lastly, I baked it for 45 minutes, and again with leftover cheese and onions for ten minutes. The vegetables were very tender and scrumptuous!

    Crowd Pleasing Casserole

    This is delicious! It is my favorite casserole dish to take to gatherings. Everybody loves it!! Definitely making it again! It is a keeper!! Love it!!
