    The Best Ever!

I have been making this for years. I use cream of celery soup. I have added ham and corn, chicken and broccoli and even lobster. My kids loved it and so do my grandkids now. Can’t go wrong with this recipe....

    MY CHILDHOOD FAVORITE!!

I adore this casserole so much, I make it every week!! Only thing I change is to add some onion chopped very fine, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and garlic powder, white wine and few dashes of cayenne to make it snappier. Often I substitute crushed potato chips for the fried onions which I sometimes shake up in a produce bag with some chili and garlic powder to enhance the flavor. I do not add chips at the last minute, but rather as a last step right before putting dish in the oven, and bake it at least 40-45 minutes. My other trick is to use Longhorn Cheese because it is full of cheddar flavor and melts so gooey good! Forever love!!

    Crunchy macaroni and cheese

I make this using cheddar cheese soup instead of mushroom. It is great and so easy to make.

    Excellent

The onions not only added crunch, but tons of flavor too. I also stirred in about half the onions before baking so the flavor would bake in.
