can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Sweet Corn Soup
package (8 ounces) corn muffin mix
cups fresh whole kernel corn or thawed frozen corn
slices bacon (about 8 ounces), cooked and crumbled
cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
Heat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a deep 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Stir the soup, eggs, muffin mix and milk in a large bowl just until combined. Stir in the corn, bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and the pepper. Spoon the mixture into the casserole.
Bake for 40 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
