    cup milk

  • 1/2

    teaspoon poultry seasoning

    teaspoon ground black pepper

    cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas)

    cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey

    package (7.5 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (10 biscuits)

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Stir the soups, milk, poultry seasoning, black pepper, vegetables and chicken in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.

Step 3

Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the chicken mixture. Top with the biscuits.

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

  • Flavor Variation: Substitute Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup for the Cream of Broccoli. 
  • Easy Substitution: Substitute 3 cans (4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained, for the cooked chicken.

    A little change for success

    I use different soups. I use Cream of Chicken and Cream of Mushroom. Tastes amazing

    Just alright

    The flavor combination of the broccoli soup and poultry seasoning is a little different. I will probably make this again, but not a lot. As with all biscuit-topped recipes, I cook my biscuits separately and pour the filling on top.

    Simple and delicious

    I loved this recipe, and so did my husband! You can use any veggies you have on hand and it's just some good comfort food :)

    Simple and open to modifications

    I flavored 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts with Lowry's Seasoned Salt and roasted them at 350ºF for about 1 hour in a covered Corningware casserole. Substituted Cream of Chicken for Cream of Broccoli, and 1/4 tsp thyme + 1/4 tsp sage for 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning. Instead of biscuits, I used crescent rolls. I didn't roll the dough up into crescents; rather, I arranged the flat pieces to cover the chicken-vegetable mixture after it had baked for about 15 minutes, and then let it bake about 12 minutes more. I ended up with a giant, mouth-watering chicken pot pie. It even looked nice.

    Its hearty, easy and tastes great!

    Definitely will make this again!! I used the broiled chicken from the Grocery Store, Canned Green Bean, Canned Corn and Potatoes. I've also used chicken breasts and cooked them in the skillet. After the chicken was browned and I had some juices, I added 1 in potato chunks and sautéed them with the chicken. Either way, it comes out great every time. Kids love it. and its easy and filling.
