medium potato, peeled and cut into cubes (about 5 cups)
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Onion Soup
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
cup shredded Cheddar cheese
teaspoons bacon bits
Place the potatoes into a 3-quart saucepan and add water to cover. Heat over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook until the potatoes are tender. Do not drain.
Stir the onion soup, celery soup, evaporated milk and butter in the saucepan. Cook for 15 minutes. Serve the soup with the cheese and bacon bits, if desired.
