pound ground beef
cup Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
of a small onion, finely chopped (about 2 tablespoons)
tablespoon vegetable oil
can (10 1/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Beef Gravy
jar (about 4 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
Thoroughly mix the beef, stuffing, onion and egg in a large bowl. Shape the beef mixture firmly into 4 oval patties, each 1/2-inch thick.
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until they're well browned on both sides. Pour off any fat.
Stir the gravy and mushrooms, if desired, in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the patties are cooked through.
