box (about 18 ounces) spice cake mix
can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup
ounces (1 container) store-bought cream cheese frosting or homemade cream cheese frosting
Heat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and flour 2 (8 or 9-inch) round cake pans.
Combine the cake mix, soup, water and eggs in a large bowl and mix according to the package directions. Pour the batter into the pans.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean. Let the cakes cool in the pans on wire racks for 10 minutes. Remove the cakes from the pans and let cool completely.
Fill and frost with the cream cheese frosting.

I grew up with this cake my Mother made it all the time & topped it with powdered sugar. I make it for pot lucks. Recently I haven't make it for many years & thought I would again! Just love it. My children now make this recipe so that's why I haven't done it, they grew up on this as well! Thanks a million, this recipe will go on for generations, it is already in 4 of mine!
