    Great weeknight meal

I love these easy one dish meals. To make it truly a one dish meal, I cook the frozen vegetables in the same 3 qt dish I'm using for the rest of the ingredients, just drain off the liquid after they're cooked, then proceed with the recipe. I love to add cheese to anything as well. This is so easy and yummy!

    New Comfort Dish

I made this the first time with left over turkey from thanksgiving , it was so good I decided to make it again with chicken and it's just as great! For an easy weeknight dinner I buy the hot & ready rotisserie chicken from Walmart or Sam's , chop it up and throw it in, no need to cook the chicken and dinner is ready in no time. My hubby's new favorite comfort food! Even great warmed up as left overs:)

    Comfort Casserole

This is one of the easiest and best casseroles to make for a quick and filling meal. Depending on what I have in my cupboard, I switch between cream of celery and cream of chicken soup in addition to the cream of potato. For the vegetable, I use a 16 oz bag of cooked mixed veggies (peas, carrots & corn). Whether you use leftover turkey or cooked cut-up chicken, this recipe delivers nothing but pure goodness and comfort.

    Easy Turkey & Biscuits

Easy, good way to use up leftover turkey. I used a can of diced potatoes, fresh broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and carrots. The biscuits cooked nicely. I'll make this again.

    Easy Turkey & Biscuits

I added a can of Cheddar Cheese soup, and substituted the cauliflower for peas. Very yummy, very filling, a family favorite!
