If Harvest Blends™ breads aren't available in your market, try your favorite Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain bread instead.

    cup arugula

  • 1/2

    teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1

    dash salt

  • 1

    dash ground black pepper

    teaspoons Dijon-style mustard

How to Make It

Step 1

Stir the arugula, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.  Stir the mustard and mayonnaise in another small bowl.

Step 2

Spread the mustard mixture on the bread slice.  Top with the arugula mixture and the egg.  Season with cracked black pepper, if desired.
