    Simple family pleaser

I kinda tweeked this recipe to work with what I had & what my family likes. I used instant brown rice (a ready to boil bag of 3 cups), the Tyson grillers frozen chicken breasts (3), added some frozen corn at the last minute, and sprinkled cheese on the wraps. My husband even added some taco spices to his servings since he really likes that flavor. It was incredibly simple, fast, and yummy!

Has been a staple goto meal in our house for over a year!

I'm not much of a cook but this recipe is so easy and quick to make! My whole family loves it which is saying alot since I have two very picky children. I've passed this recipe onto some friends who also enjoy it over chips!

    Fiesta Chicken & Rice Wraps

I made a few boo boos while making this one, but being a fairly new cook... I suppose that's to be expected sometimes. Even with the boo boos, though, it still turned out fine and had a bit of a kick. But that's okay, I like food that has a kick. I wondered what it would taste like with cheese. I might try it out with cheese next time.
