cups uncooked instant brown rice
cup black beans, rinsed and drained
cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
Heat picante sauce and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan to a boil.
Stir in rice, beans and corn. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
