    Party Favorite

I made these for a birthday party; they were loved by children and adults alike. Great flavor and easy to make. I recommend rolling them up in foil and chilling overnight. I used 3 thin slices of turkey instead of one half to make them a bit heartier. Way better than traditional pinwheels with cheese and olives; will be a go-to appetizer from now on.

    Fiesta Tortilla Roll-Ups

I would make this again, but have cream cheese ready and onions chopped in plastic bags. Use turkey slices from deli and use chopped lettuce and have tortilla layered between waxpaper. This would make things go very quickly.
