    cup plain nonfat yogurt

  • 1

    small avocado, pitted and peeled

  • 1/2

    cup drained canned pineapple tidbits in juice

  • 1/3

    cup uncooked old fashioned oats

  • 1/4

    cup raspberries

  • 2

    tablespoons low-fat granola

  • 2

    teaspoons honey

How to Make It

Step 1

Add the juice, yogurt, avocado, pineapple and oats to a blender.  Cover and blend until the mixture is smooth.

Step 2

Divide the mixture between two serving bowls.  Top with the raspberries and granola.  Drizzle with the honey.
