cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Chicken Stock
cup Dijon-style mustard
pounds chicken drumstick(about 15)
cup dry Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Stir the broth and mustard in a medium bowl.
Arrange the chicken on a 15x10-inch rimmed baking sheet. Pour the broth mixture over the chicken and turn to coat. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Uncover the baking sheet.
Bake, uncovered, at 375°F. for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.
