cloves garlic, minced
tablespoons chopped fresh parsleyor 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
tablespoons lemon juice
teaspoon ground red pepper
pound fresh medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
each (1/2 of a 1-pound package) cooked thin spaghetti, cooked without salt and drained
Heat the cornstarch, broth, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and red pepper in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens.
