    Fantastic!

I made this recipe the other night and it was a big hit. I used thick boneless pork chops and flour, since I did not have any corn starch on hand. The pork chops came out nice and moist and the gravy added just the right amount of flavor.

    Very quick and easy!

So simple and a great dinner idea if you're strapped for time. (But they taste like a lot of time and effort was put in (; ) I made these with homemade mac-n-cheese and peas & carrots and it was a great supper. I will make again.
