    Goldfish Checkerboard Sandwich

I run a daycare, besides having 4 children of my own...and kids enjoy fun...which is good for them. This is a great eye pleaser for kids that makes a classic favorite fun. I serve celery and peanut butter on the side or apple slices and peanut butter...just to sneak in some more nutrients!
