    Grilled Bruschetta

This recipe couldn't be any easier! Made this for some guests last night who were intrigued but willing "guinea pigs". Big success, extremely yummy and did I mention how easy? I used cherry tomatoes because I had them, and substituted white wine vinegar for red wine vinegar because that's what I had too - I mixed the topic together the night before which may also have helped the flavors really come to life. I snuck a little of the leftover topping for my steak - Yum!
