    cup diced green pepper or red bell pepper

    can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup

    cup milk

  • 1

    teaspoon yellow mustard

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the ham, onion and pepper and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Stir the soup, milk, mustard and potatoes in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

    The two of us ate the WHOLE thang!!

    Ham and Cheese Hash Browns

    There was way too much hash browns in this dish and very little flavor at all. I definitely will not make this one again.
