can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup
teaspoon onion powder
teaspoon ground black pepper
cups cooked cut asparagus
cups cubed cooked ham
cups rotini (spiral) pasta, cooked and drained (about 4 cups)
cup shredded Cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese (about 4 ounces)
Heat the oven to 400°F.
Stir the soup, milk, onion powder, black pepper, asparagus, ham, pasta and 1/2 cup cheese in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the ham mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the ham mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Has my favorite ingredients! Ham and asparagus with cheese! Loved this, though cut some calories and carbs by using skim milk, skim lowfat shredded Cheddar cheese and then added more Asparagus so the serving size would have more of it- ie asparagus- (less calories and carbs in asparagus), but could still feel like we are getting a usual serving. It came out wonderful with more steamed fresh asparagus!!! Served salads with it and this was a great meal!!
