    Ham Asparagus Gratin

This recipe is a keeper. I used canned asparagus so it was even easier. I didn't have corkscrew pasta so used ziti instead. My picky eater husband loved it. It's a one-dish meal.

    Ham Asparagus Gratin

Delicious!!! Absolutely will make again.. Didn't cook asparagus before hand, just used thin, small cut pieces, and it worked perfectly!

    Ham Asparagus Gratin

Has my favorite ingredients! Ham and asparagus with cheese! Loved this, though cut some calories and carbs by using skim milk, skim lowfat shredded Cheddar cheese and then added more Asparagus so the serving size would have more of it- ie asparagus- (less calories and carbs in asparagus), but could still feel like we are getting a usual serving. It came out wonderful with more steamed fresh asparagus!!! Served salads with it and this was a great meal!!
