    cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Organic Chicken Broth or Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth

  • 1/4

    cup apple juice

  • 1

    cup mixed dried fruit

    stalk celery, sliced (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1

    medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)

    cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing

How to Make It

Set the oven to 350°F.
Stir the broth, apple juice, dried fruit, celery and onion in a 3-quart saucepan. Heat to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the stuffing and stir lightly to coat. Spoon the stuffing into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot.

    easier to make than i expected

    I diced up my dried fruit into little pieces and wished later I hadn't. It seemed to disappear during the cooking process and couldnt even see it in the finished dish. sooooo, bigger pieces next time! I also want more celery next time too. I want to try this dish again at Xmas with my changes :)
