    large onion, minced (about 1 cup)

    can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup

    cup non fat milk

  • 1

    cup water

  • 2

    medium red potato, diced (about 2 cups)

  • 1

    large zucchini, diced (about 1 1/2 cups)

  • 1

    cup frozen whole kernel corn

  • 2

    cups diced boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked

  • 2

    tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oil in a 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat.  Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Stir in the soup, milk and water and heat to a boil.  Stir in the potatoes, zucchini and corn.  Reduce the heat to medium-low.  Cook for 35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Stir in the chicken and parsley and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

    Made recipe as-is; just added store bought rotisserie chicken instead of the breasts and dried thyme and black pepper for a bit of seasoning. Would recommend!

    I really loved all of the veggies.

    This soup was so delicious and easy to make. I really enjoyed all of the vegetables in this recipe and it was even better the next day. I will definitely make this again.

    This recipe was quick & easy

    Both my husband & I loved this soup. A great way to use leftover chicken or turkey. I used broccoli in place of the zucchini.

    followed this recipe to the T except I added sea salt and ground blk peppercorns....good chowder....good with crusty bread

    Easy, healthy, and highly recommended

    I used potatoes instead of red potatoes. My friend and I added chillies just to spice it up. The recipe is easy to follow. Loved the soup
