    Hearty Sausage, Peppers & Potatoes

This is a delicious recipe. It takes a little time to cut up the everything but definitely worth it! I used hot Italian sausage. One thing not mentioned, is that you have to cover it with aluminum foil before you put in the oven, otherwise the potatoes won't get soft.

    Hearty Sausage, Peppers & Potatoes

I couldn't find anything other than ground Italian sausage, so I shaped it into sausage links and browned, then I used regular potatos, and an entire can of the garlic pasta sauce. My kids were not so sure about the sausage but the rest of the family loved it. Oh and I topped it with Parmesan cheese.
