pounds sweet or hot Italian pork sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
red new white potato, cut into quarters
medium green pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 3 cups)
package (8 ounces) mushrooms
of a large sweet onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauceor Tomato, Basil & Garlic Italian Sauce
Stir the sausage, potatoes, peppers, mushrooms and onion in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Add the sauce and stir to coat.
Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
