pounds ground beef
cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
medium onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
can (14.5 ounces) Campbell’s® Beef Gravy
Thoroughly mix the beef, stuffing, eggs, onion, ketchup and Worcestershire, if desired in a large bowl. Shape the beef mixture firmly into 2 (6 1/2 x 4-inch) loaves and place them into a 3-quart shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour or until the meatloaves are cooked through. Let the meatloaves stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
Heat the gravy in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat and serve with the meatloaves.

I've never been a meatloaf fan and I have 3 very picky kids, but we all ABSOLUTELY LOVED this!!!! Great flavors and very easy. It makes enough for two meals, so I will add frozen corn, peas and carrots to the leftover meat and gravy and serve over mashed potatoes for a quick Shepherd's pie tomorrow night! YUMMY!!

I have made this twice and both times it came out perfect. I use the "cubed" herb stuffing since my husband prefers this over the so-called "crushed" type. I made three small loves since we like to eat it cold. It is just as delicious.
