    Very easy, Very good

I don't care for bell peppers so I used sweet onions instead and server it with rice. Very tasty and very easy to make.

    Herbed Beef Kabobs

This exceeded my expectations, it was so delicious! My boyfriend who is a VERY picky eater loved it. It left my George Foreman a little messy but it was totally worth it. Five stars!!!

    Herbed Beef Kabobs

This was really good and easy to make. Steak had nice flavor, would serve to company anytime. Could be left to sit in marinate a little longer, either way delish.
