    Smelled better than it tasted

Based on how much I could smell this dish when cooking I would have expected a much bolder taste. Not very impressed with this one.

    Yummy!

Made this for supper last night. Only thing I did differently was double the sauce. Glad it gives the choice of basil or thyme. I don't like basil, so I used thyme. It was delicious! Definitely will be making this often!

Herbed Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce

This dish was great! The gravy made the dish for me. I also served it with green beans and brown rice with the gravy over the rice. The only think I will add next time is a dash of meat tenderizer on the pork chops.

Herbed Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce

This was good and easy to make. I didn't care for the basil in it. This is a make again recipe minus the basil.
