How to Make It

Step 1

Stir the tuna, carrot, celery, yogurt, parsley, mustard and black pepper in a small bowl.  Sprinkle with the lemon zest.  Serve with the wheat crisps for dipping.

    Herbed Tuna Dip

    I doubled all the ingredients except the tuna and substituted lemon juice for lemon juice and ate it with wheat thins. It was a hit!
