cloves garlic, minced
teaspoon ground chipotle chile powder
teaspoon salt
cup Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Organic Free-Range Chicken Broth or Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth
tablespoons honey
crowns fresh broccoli, cut into florets (about 5 cups florets)
cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
tablespoon lime juice
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, chipotle chile powder and salt and cook and stir for 1 minute.
Increase the heat to high. Add the broth and honey and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in the the broccoli and corn and cook for 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the lime juice.
