I made this recipe last night and the entire family LOVED it. Its so easy and SO good. This is definitely a keeper. Really tastes fantastic... usually I make some changes to a recipe, this one will stay as it is. :) Quick story: My son, 11 and VERY picky, started to throw a mini-fit cause he was sure he would hate it. As he begrudgingly took the first bite, his eyes opened wide and his little grimace turned into a smile. He finished chewing, and whole heartedly apologized for doubting me. LOL
