How to Make It

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the pepper and garlic and cook until the pepper is tender-crisp. Stir in the oregano and broth and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes or until the pepper is tender. Remove the pepper mixture from the skillet. Add the beef to the skillet and cook until it's heated through. Spread the cream cheese on the rolls. Divide the beef among the rolls and top with the pepper mixture.

    TRIED THIS ON SATURDAY WHEN I WAS VERY BUSY AND IT WAS THE PERFECT CHOICE. AFTER THE FIRST BITE IT BECAME THE MAJOR FOCAL POINT AND I SLOWED DOWN AND ENJOYED THE ENTIRE SANDWICH. WILL DO AGAIN AND AGAIN. THANKS!
