    Italian Fish Fillets

My family LOVES this recipe. We substitute a few things: we use wheat bread, garlic seasoning, oregeno and basil, and for fish we use swai. It is the best fish I have ever tasted so if you haven't tried swai you should. We also pour a mixture of lemon and butter on top when it's done cooking. We now eat this fish regularly.

    Italian Fish Fillets

I used bread crumbs instead of the pieces of bread torn, and I also used garlic powder instead of a clove of garlic. I used regular vegetable oil, instead of olive oil. Basically I just used what I had on hand.
